Main usage:

TLS-SⅡ series automatic double Digital display type spring tension and compression testing machine is manufactured  acrooding to the requirement of spring tension and compression testing machine standard specifies. It is a new generation of spring testing instrument, the series uses variable frequency speed control technology, to realize the approximation test point in high-speed, measures in low speed, and improves the precision. So it is suitable for all kinds of precision tensile and helical compression spring test and brittle material testing. Using the numerical motor control,the ball screw drive, so it can instead the same kind of imported product  which is high precision force value sensor,photoelectric encoder data acquisition, the performance is stable and reliable.

A. setting deformation F, test force spring P.

 B. setting the residual height H,

to test the spring force of the spring P

C. the test of spring detection is based on the touch of the  plate and spring, the test force should be reaction, the size of the test force (initial force) is setted freely.

D. Deformation caused by sensor can be compensated.The sensor and the rigidity caused by the deformation does not affect the accuracy of displacement.
